One small point, there is a buzzer on the front door. It would help if this was pressed upon delivery, as just knocking is not often heard. The flowers were not discovered until a neighbor informed her that they had been on the doorstep for more than an hour.

Fabulous service, needed flowers for a same day delivery and date online was for delivery the following day, so I called to see if they could help and was delighted they could. I placed the ordered at 9.30am and the most beautiful bouquet of flowers was delivered by 12 noon same say.
I cannot recommend you highly enough.

When I ordered the hat box online, I assumed it would be of hat size, at least a bowler....
The flowers were good but the size of the hat box? Possibly needs dimensions online to clarify and maybe a small note to say how to keep Oasis sponge moist.
I ended up looking on Internet.
